Delivery Information
We take great pride in our efficient and reliable delivery service. At Professional Supplies, we prioritise getting your orders to you as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect:
Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted carriers like DHL for most of our orders. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information to keep you informed every step of the way.
Palletised Orders
For larger palletised orders, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. While we always aim to deliver within 1-2 working days, we understand that exceptions can occur. Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery within this timeframe.
Carriage Charges
Enjoy free delivery on all orders over £75.00 excluding VAT. For orders below this value, a delivery charge of £7.95 will be applied.
Next-Day Delivery
We understand that some orders require urgent attention. While we can’t guarantee next-day delivery, if you’re in urgent need of goods, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at (Our Phone Number) as early in the day as possible. We’ll do our best to check stock levels and expedite your order.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to advise you of the estimated delivery time. We will also offer you the option to cancel your order or choose an alternative product.
TORK Products
For most Tork products, please note that there’s typically a 2-week lead time. Should you require Tork products sooner, please get in touch with us at (Our Phone Number), and we’ll be happy to advise you on our current stock levels.
Returns
At Professional Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Here’s what you need to know about our returns process:
- Contact us by phone or email to arrange the return.
- Package the items securely in their original packaging.
- Include a copy of your packing slip or invoice.
- Return the items to the address we provide you with.
Please note
- Returns must be in an unused condition unless otherwise agreed.
- There is a £3.99 + VAT restock charge on order value for the uplift service.
- You are also welcome to return your order using your preferred courier.
- If you receive a product from us that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will be happy to replace it or refund your purchase price, at our discretion. We will also cover all shipping and restocking costs associated with the return.
- To return an ordered product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect please reach out within 14 days of receiving it and we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to do it.
- Please be aware that we do not accept returns for products damaged due to misuse or negligence from customers, nor for items opened and used (unless defective).
- If you change your mind about a purchase after it has arrived, all shipping and restocking costs associated with its return are your responsibility.
- To return an unwanted product, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll send a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send back the item.
